All order return requests are managed through your website account only and are accessible to you 24/7. If you used express checkout you can upgrade to a full user account by following the instructions on the lower half of the Help Center under Customer Service Claims and enter your order number and e-mail address used when you made your purchase.
Below are instructions for a non warranty product return request. If there is something wrong with your order and you need warranty service please use the proper claim form when prompted.
Step 1) To request a product return -- login to your account by clicking Help Center in the website header.
Step 2) On the icon next to your order click Open New Claim.
Step 3) Select the item you would like to return from the order item list and click the button for Start Claim.
Step 4) From the form menu you will select Request Product Return Authorization RMA# (Non Warranty)
Once you have filled out your return form we will contact you with detailed return instructions including an RMA#, return shipping address and any additional information required within one business day.
**Important: Do not send a product return without first requesting an RMA# as the return shipping address may vary from original shipper address and will need to have an RMA assigned to the label to be accepted by the various distributor/manufacturer warehouses. Any returns without an RMA may be refused and returned to sender so please make sure to have a valid RMA before shipping back your order.
